We specialize in small batches of fresh roasted coffees sourced from small independent farms around the world. Our featured coffees change often as the market supply becomes available. We purchase in small micro-lots to ensure our green beans are fresh and our coffees reflect the same freshness when roasted.

Once sourced, our green coffee beans are carefully roasted in small three to six pound batches in our Artisan 6 fluid bed coffee roaster. This process allows for precise air and temperature control to ensure our beans are roasted to their perfect flavor and aroma.
